The State Regents’ offices are located within the University Research Park complex located at 4th and Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City.
Visitors should enter the office area and the parking garage from Lincoln Boulevard. Street level is actually the second level of the parking garage and the first level of the office building.
When entering the parking garage, visitors should take a ticket to be validate by the State Regents’ receptionist before leaving. A validated ticket will be needed to exit the garage.
